Meraki Greek Bistro, founded by Greek restaurateur Alex, brings the vibrant flavors of Greece to the heart of Miami. Downtown Miami’s location combines authentic Greek cuisine with a modern dining experience, offering dishes crafted from locally sourced ingredients and traditional recipes. “Meraki” (μεράκι) means doing something with soul, creativity, or love — a philosophy that guides both the food and the brand.

Meraki came to us with a website that had served its basic purpose for years: it displayed the menu and a phone number. But it lacked modern functionality, online ordering, and the digital presence required to capture Miami’s busy dining crowd.

Our mission was clear: design a website that reflects Meraki’s authentic Greek heritage, simplifies online ordering, and converts casual visitors into loyal diners. We also wanted to give Alex tools to keep the site and menu up-to-date effortlessly, ensuring the online experience matched the vibrant energy of the restaurant itself.
